For warranty to be in effect you must either fill in the owner's warranty registration card that accompanied the product and mail that to BA Products (1994 Airport Loop Road, Kerrville, TX 78028) or fill out the online warranty registration form on this page within 14 days after the date of purchase.

In the event of multiple product purchases, you MUST complete the card or online form for each individual product.

If you elect to complete the online warranty registration form, you MUST send BA Products a copy of the purchase receipt that identifies the product purchased, the place of purchase as well as the date of purchase.
